My surgery was February 8th and it is now about 120 days since.  I have seen some of your other patients write about how successful their surgeries were and how soon they got back to their normal lives, but I want to speak to what has been my most pleasurable and rewarding experience with Vanguard, and that is the outstanding care and service given to me and my family by you and your staff.

I am sure that any major surgery is stressful and somewhat frightening for the patient, and cancer makes it even more so.  In my case, you and your staff went absolutely above and beyond what I had hoped for in your personal commitment to my mental and emotional peace of mind even while you were giving me the best possible physical care.

My wife Valerie and I had a wealth of questions which you and John Dodge answered immediately and patiently.  You kept us appraised of every step and requirement along the way, and John has been especially responsive, encouraging and supportive.

Your support staff has been absolutely top-notch, from performing all the required tests to easing us through the paperwork and financial processes, to showing me how to use the waiting room coffee maker!  I have never had an unpleasant interaction with any of your team.

My recovery is progressing well and I know I will continue to highly recommend Vanguard to anyone I speak to.
