Yes, I personally perform the entire procedure and am assisted by John Dodge, a physician's assistant who has been assisting me for more than 500 cases.   This consistency decreases the variability that can lead to adverse outcomes like positive surgical margins.  Currently, less experienced trainees do not perform any portion of the surgery.
